AHS Staffing is seeking a School Services School Speech Language Pathologist for a local contract job in Churchville, Illinois. The role targets 21 hours per week across 3 days, with a pay rate of $50-$60 per hour and a 16-week duration.

In-person work focuses on 6th to 8th graders, at a school setting, with 30-minute paid lunches. Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in CSD/SLP, IL PEL licensing, and school experience; CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communications Sciences Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current IL PEL license and registered in DuPage County or willing to register.
• Only SLPs with CCC-SLP credentials apply; minimum 1 year of school-based experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to assess each child's communication strengths and weaknesses.
• Create plans with measurable, achievable, functional goals.
• Provide treatment to improve communication using multiple approaches.
• Collaborate with a comprehensive care team to meet a child's needs.
• Inform families about treatment options and importance of early intervention.
