Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction based on students' learning needs and IEP goals.
• Modify and adapt curriculum and lessons as needed.
• Develop and implement IEPs and participate in IEP meetings.
• Create a structured, supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Establish clear expectations and utilize positive behavior supports.
• Assist with developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and other members of the educational team.
