Job summary

AHS Staffing seeks a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a local contract in Arlington Heights, IL. The role is in a therapeutic day school with in-person only work, supporting multiple classrooms and coordinating with other BCBAs.

Dates run August 17, 2026 through May 28, 2027, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch. Requires MA in ABA and BCBA certification; school-based experience preferred.

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with 5 other BCBAs to support students.
• Support 4-5 classrooms serving diverse needs.
• Deliver in-person behavioral analysis services in a therapeutic day school setting.
• Provide direct supervision and coaching where needed.
