Job summary

State of New Hampshire is seeking a School Safety Preparedness Task Force Liaison to coordinate recommendations and manage meetings across NH. The role supports the Planning Section under the School Safety & Preparedness Program Coordinator.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with experience in homeland security or related fields, willingness to travel statewide, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience OR equivalent combination of 5 years of education and experience.
• Fields include homeland security, emergency or risk management, public administration, or related area.
• Willingness to travel statewide and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recommendations from the NH School Safety Preparedness Task Force.
• Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings and subcommittees.
• Monitor legislation related to school safety and preparedness and provide updates.
