The State of New Hampshire is seeking a School Safety Preparedness Task Force Liaison to coordinate Task Force recommendations and manage planning activities within the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management in Concord. The role requires a bachelor's degree with relevant experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience, plus travel and background checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience OR equivalent combination of 5 years of education and experience after high school.
• Education and experience must be in homeland security, emergency or risk management, business or public administration, criminal justice, program coordination, stakeholder engagement, public relations, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates the recommendations from the NH School Safety Preparedness Task Force Report and facilitates Task Force meetings and subcommittees.
• Monitors and tracks legislation related to school safety and preparedness and updates the Program Coordinator and HSEM Director/Task Force Chair.
• Maintains oversight with working groups and committees to ensure progression of Task Force recommendations and activities.
