Qualifications

• Education: Baccalaureate or advanced degree in early childhood education or equivalent.
• Experience: Five years teaching preschool-age children and/or managing child development programs.
• Licenses: Valid Florida driver's license and eligibility for background checks.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach classroom teachers using Teaching Strategies Fidelity Tool and CLASS observations.
• Develop individualized mentoring plans based on observed strengths and needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of observations and staff discussions.
• Link teachers to resources for curriculum and culturally diverse classrooms.
• Provide workshops and training on early childhood development topics.
