Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience is preferred.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and engage in physical activity with children.

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum based on children's unique needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn.

Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
