Nyman Associates, Inc. is seeking a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with autism and other needs in a collaborative school setting in Pennsylvania.

The role involves direct behavioral services under supervision of a BCBA or qualified professional. Candidates must have completed the RBT competency assessment and hold active RBT certification or be in the process of taking the BACB RBT exam.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one and classroom-based behavioral support to students
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and interventions
• Support skill acquisition and positive behavior development
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and positive support plans
• Collect behavioral data and monitor student progress; collaborate with teachers, therapists, BCBAs, and school team members
• Maintain accurate session documentation and records
• Support students’ educational, social, and behavioral goals within the school environment

Educación

High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field
