Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Experience providing counseling and psychological assessments in a school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of mental health issues affecting children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and social development.
• Provide individual and group counseling to students facing mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to address behavioral and academic concerns.
• Develop and implement interventions for students with emotional/behavioral issues.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for distressed students.
• Educate staff and families on mental health topics and resources.
• Maintain confidential records of assessments and interventions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
