A public school district is seeking a School Psychologist for Windham High School. The position involves individual and group counseling, conducting assessments, and supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs. The ideal candidate will have a Connecticut School Psychologist certification and experience with school-aged students. This full-time role offers a collaborative environment with staff to design effective student interventions. Salary is in accordance with the WFT contract and is located in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience with the PPT process.
• Experience writing IEP goals/objectives.
• Experience with FBAs/BIPs.
• Collaboration with colleagues.
• Experience with all levels of school-aged students with disabilities.
• Spanish fluency, desired.

Responsabilités

• Administers standardized and supplemental assessments for student development.
• Assesses functional capabilities to develop recommendations.
• Collaborates with specialists to deliver student supports.
• Provides counseling to promote positive social skills.
