Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School Psychologist for a full-time, on-site contract near Phoenix, AZ. The role supports students and teams five days a week, totaling 37.5 hours in a collaborative educational environment.

You will conduct psychoeducational assessments, develop intervention plans, and monitor progress while collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student achievement.

Qualifications

• Current or pending School Psychologist license (candidates with a license in process are welcome)
• IVP fingerprint clearance card (or ability to obtain before starting)
• Proven knowledge of assessment, intervention strategies, and progress monitoring in K-12 settings
• Strong communication skills for working with students, educators, and families
• Adaptability, empathy, and commitment to educational achievement for all learners
• Previous school psychology experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students as part of multidisciplinary teams
• Develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans to support diverse student needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to provide guidance and consultation
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise on eligibility and educational planning
• Foster a positive, inclusive school climate by implementing evidence-based practices
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
