Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Bilingual School Psychologist for a full-time, contract position near Glendale, AZ. This role supports diverse student populations in a dynamic educational setting.

You will conduct evaluations, collaborate with teams, provide counseling, and help develop and monitor individualized education programs, while communicating effectively in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist.
• Master's or higher degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; able to communicate with students and families in both languages.
• Knowledge of best practices for assessment, intervention, and consultation in a school setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in K-12 settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
• Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations to educational teams
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families to develop and support individualized education programs
• Deliver counseling services, behavioral interventions, and crisis response as needed
• Support students social, emotional, and academic development
• Maintain accurate, timely records and complete necessary documentation
• Advocate for culturally responsive interventions, fostering inclusive learning environments
