This position emphasizes collaboration with IEP teams, on-site psychoeducational evaluations, documentation, and evidence-based recommendations within a clinically led team focused on positive student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona school psychologist license or credential.
• Graduate degree Ed.S. or higher from NASP-approved program.
• AZ IVP fingerprint clearance card is required.
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and participating in IEP processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site psychoeducational evaluations (cognitive, academic, social-emotional, behavioral).
• Collaborate with IEP teams, staff, and families to support student success plans.
• Complete documentation, report writing, and eligibility meetings (remote documentation flexibility where permitted).
• Provide consultation and evidence-based recommendations to school teams.
• Work as part of a clinically led team focused on student outcomes and service quality.

Job description

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a school-based role in Phoenix, AZ for the 26/27 school year. This is a full-time position supporting a local school district and is ideal for credentialed School Psychologists who are passionate about helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Active School Psychologist license/credential valid in Arizona
• Graduate degree (Ed.S. or higher) from a NASP-approved or equivalent program
• AZ IVP Fingerprint Card
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and participating in IEP processes

WHAT YOU'LL DO
