Job summary

Soliant is recruiting a licensed School Psychologist to support a district near Gaffney, SC for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position serving a K–12 caseload with a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct evaluations, interpret data, lead IEP/eligibility meetings, and provide counseling where needed, while ensuring compliance with IDEA and state regulations. Strong assessment expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Active SC Department of Education School Psychologist Certification (Level I–III) required.
• Master's, Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of assessment practices, special education procedures, and report writing.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and reevaluations to determine special education eligibility.
• Interpret assessment data and develop thorough evaluation reports.
• Lead and participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding academic, behavioral, and mental health concerns.
• Recommend evidence-based interventions and support plans for students.
• Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention services when appropriate.
• Assist with MTSS initiatives, behavior supports, and progress monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with IDEA, state regulations, and district special education procedures.
