Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School Psychologist to support K-12 students across elementary to high school. The role focuses on assessments, intervention planning, and collaboration with families and school staff to promote student well-being.

This full-time contract (37.5 hours/week) involves conducting evaluations, serving IEP/MDT teams, and providing crisis support as needed, in North Carolina settings.

Qualifications

• Active and valid North Carolina School Psychologist license.
• Experience in K-12 settings (elementary, middle and high school).
• Experience conducting psychological evaluations and interpreting test data.
• Strong collaboration and communication with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices in student-centered interactions.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students in need of educational or behavioral support.
• Interpret data to develop recommendations for intervention plans and student accommodations.
• Collaborate with educational staff, administrators, and families to create and monitor individualized support strategies.
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure effective communication and coordinated student care.
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling support as needed.
• Contribute to fostering a positive, inclusive school environment for all learners.
