Qualifications

• Enrolled in a school psychology training program pursuing an advanced degree.
• Knowledge of policies, regulations and ethical guidelines related to school psychology services.
• Experience applying evidence‑based assessment and evaluation methods.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse families, students, and school staff.
• Data management, reporting, and analytics abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and crisis support capabilities.
• Physical ability to perform duties, including occasional lifting up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work under a licensed school psychologist to support students academically, socially, and emotionally.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and mental health professionals to build inclusive learning environments.
• Apply professional ethical, legal, and policy standards in service delivery.
• Provide direct counseling, crisis interventions, and mentorship as needed.
• Assist in planning and implementing prevention, early intervention, and crisis management programs.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to guide decisions.
