Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a School Psychologist to support students’ social, emotional, and academic growth in Ohio schools. The role emphasizes counseling, assessment, and collaboration with families and school staff.

You will participate in IEP development, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliant record-keeping while delivering timely services. The position offers a competitive benefits package and unlimited CEUs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology required.
• Endorsement as School Psychologist or eligible per state bylaws.
• Experience or training in pediatric mental health preferred.
• Ability to work independently with ethical standards.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with professional staff, families and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to students and parents.
• Participate in multi-tiered systems of support and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Assist in initial and annual IEP development as appropriate.
