Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a School Psychologist to assess students’ psychological and educational needs and to develop targeted interventions. You will perform evaluations, communicate findings to families and district staff, and support ARD processes.

Responsibilities include providing therapy under IEPs, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate records. Bilingual skills are a plus, with roles available on full-time, part-time, or as-needed schedules.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active licensure to practice as a School Psychologist in Texas.
• Successful completion of an internship in School Psychology.
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Psychological and/or Psycho-Educational evaluations to determine eligibility for services.
• Review evaluation results with parents and district personnel, offering clear guidance.
• Collaborate with ARD committee to design targeted interventions.
• Provide therapy services as outlined in IEPs.
• Monitor progress and maintain detailed records to adjust interventions.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students.
