Qualifications

• Delaware School Psychologist certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and provide data-driven recommendations for individualized learning plans for PreK-4th-year-old students.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes.
• Deliver direct and consultative support, adapting to hybrid delivery as needed.
• Contribute expertise to the eligibility process and IEP teams.
• Foster supportive relationships with students, including those from Hispanic and low-income backgrounds.
• Remain flexible in adapting caseload based on student needs and enrollment.
