Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School Psychologist for a full-time contract position in Delaware for the remainder of the school year. The role involves psychoeducational evaluations, IEP planning, and collaboration with educators and families. Hybrid work arrangement allows 1-2 days of remote work per week.

Candidates may hold an active Delaware license or be eligible, including those with pending licensure. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to support student growth and crisis

Qualifications

• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology.
• Active Delaware School Psychologist license or eligibility; pending licensure accepted.
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred; strong new graduates will be considered.
• Proficiency with psychoeducational assessments, intervention planning, and IEP processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth.
• Provide direct and indirect services to students, including counseling and crisis intervention.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and problem-solving initiatives.
