• Deliver direct and consultative support, adapting to hybrid delivery as needed.
• Contribute expertise to the eligibility process and IEP teams.
• Foster supportive relationships with students, including those from Hispanic and low-income backgrounds.
• Remain flexible in adapting caseload based on student needs and enrollment.
