Job summary

Soliant Health seeks a School Psychologist/Behavior Consultant to support students, educators, and families in a collaborative school setting. You will deliver psychological services, targeted behavior interventions, and data-driven consultation.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in School Psychology with NY certification and K-12 experience, demonstrating strong assessment, collaboration, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Psychology required.
• Valid NY School Psychologist Certification required.
• Experience with K-12 populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results.
• Perform FBAs and develop BIPs for students.
• Collaborate with educators and families during IEP meetings.
• Provide guidance to teachers on academic, behavioral, and SEL matters.
• Implement evidence-based interventions in general and special ed.
• Participate in crisis intervention and ensure a safe school environment.
• Use data-tracking tools to monitor progress and adjust plans.
