Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Schools Psychologist for a 2026/2027 contract positioned in Lancaster, PA. This full-time assignment supports students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development in collaboration with educators and families.

The role includes conducting psychoeducational evaluations, reporting findings, contributing to IEP and MDT discussions, and providing behavioral and consultation support within the school setting.

Qualifications

• Ed.S., Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Valid licensure as School Psychologist or eligible before start.
• Experience in a school setting preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to determine eligibility for special education.
• Interpret assessment results and prepare written evaluation reports.
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and families on behavioral, academic, and social-emotional interventions.
• Support crisis intervention, behavior planning, and positive school climate initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
