Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in Lancaster, PA, seeks a dedicated School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year to conduct assessments, provide consultation, and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff.

The full-time position (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday) serves K-12 students and starts as soon as possible, with emphasis on student success, crisis intervention, and behavioral support in a supportive educational team.

Qualifications

• Valid School Psychologist certification required.
• Experience providing psychological services in school settings.
• Skilled in crisis intervention, consultation, and effective communication with students, parents, and staff.
• Efficient in documenting evaluations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and educational assessments to support student learning and eligibility determinations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student eligibility for services.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to create effective interventions and behavioral strategies.
• Support students through counseling, intervention, and skill-building sessions.
• Promote safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments for students.
