School Psychologist (3 Full-Time Openings)

Location: Northern Illinois

Start Date: August 2025

End Date: June 2026

Pay Rate: $60$70/hour (W2)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite Only

Caseload: K12 (Caseload preferences can be accommodated)

Position Summary

Soliant is seeking three full-time School Psychologists to join a dedicated Student Services team serving school communities in Northern Illinois for the 20252026 school year. These roles will support K12 campuses across the district, providing comprehensive psychological services including assessments, participation in IEP development, and direct collaboration with staff and families.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals who thrive in collaborative, student-centered environments. Caseload assignments can be matched to your preferences and expertisewhether you have a passion for early childhood or enjoy supporting middle school students during pivotal developmental years.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments, re-evaluations, and prepare diagnostic reports.
  • Collaborate with IEP teams to help develop and implement individualized plans.
  • Provide consultation and support to educators and parents on learning, behavior, and mental health.
  • Participate in crisis intervention, behavior planning (FBA/BIP), and MTSS activities.
  • Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal special education procedures.

Work Schedule

Hours may vary slightly depending on assigned building level:

School Level Typical Hours Elementary 7:15 AM 2:50 PM Primary 7:25 AM 3:00 PM Middle School 7:40 AM 3:15 PM Intermediate 8:20 AM 3:55 PM

Staff may be expected to attend occasional early morning or late afternoon meetings.

Qualifications

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist Endorsement.
  • Strong skills in assessment, communication, and collaboration.
  • Experience in school-based settings and knowledge of IEP procedures preferred.
  • Must be comfortable working fully onsite; remote or virtual options are not available.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $60$70/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
