Position Overview

Were currently hiring a dedicated and empathetic School Psychologist to provide virtual services to K12 students across Massachusetts. This fully remote role allows you to make a meaningful impact on students emotional, behavioral, and academic developmentall from the comfort of your home. As a valued member of our virtual education team, you'll work closely with educators, families, and support staff to deliver comprehensive psychological services via a secure teletherapy platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual psychoeducational evaluations to assess students cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 Plans.
  • Offer virtual counseling and mental health support to students as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
  • Use data to develop and adjust student interventions and monitor progress.
  • Attend virtual IEP and team meetings, sharing professional insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Active Massachusetts license or certification as a School Psychologist.
  • At least two years of experience in a school-based setting is preferred.
  • Experience with virtual assessments and familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Technical Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported).
  • Must pass a brief technical screening to confirm compatibility with our virtual platform.
