Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced School Psychologist to join our virtual team and provide remote psychological services to K12 students. This fully online position allows you to work from home while making a meaningful impact in the academic, behavioral, and emotional success of students. As a member of our virtual education team, youll collaborate closely with educators, families, and school staff to deliver comprehensive psychological support through a secure teletherapy platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual psychoeducational assessments to evaluate cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans.
- Provide virtual counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services to students and staff.
- Analyze data to inform interventions and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective interventions and support plans.
- Attend virtual IEP and team meetings, contributing professional recommendations.
Qualifications
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of service.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a school-based setting (preferred).
- Experience with virtual assessments and teletherapy platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a virtual setting.
Technology Requirements
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- Desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks are not compatible).
- Must complete and pass a technical screening to ensure platform compatibility.
