Ampersand Therapy is hiring School Psychologists for the Minnetonka and Plymouth, MN areas. We are a teacher- and therapist-run company dedicated to meaningful school-based work and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Master's Degree in School Psychology and an Active Minnesota School Psychologist License.

Responsibilities

• Provide school psychology services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
