Job summary

PSI Solutions in Chesterland, OH, seeks a School Psychologist to join a team focused on psychoeducational assessments, IEP collaboration, and holistic student support. You will work across PreK–12 settings, providing evaluations, counseling, and MTSS/RTI collaboration in a supportive, mentor-enabled environment.

Compensation reflects education, experience, and district partnerships, with scheduling flexibility and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or related field.
  • Valid School Psychologist license required.
  • School-based experience preferred; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and re-evaluations

Assignment Experience (What You Can Expect)

(When available, PSI shares real assignment details early in the process)

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations
  • Collaborate on IEP development and progress monitoring
  • Exposure to a variety of grade levels (PreK–12 opportunities)
  • Work with 1–2 buildings when possible
  • Collaborative teams including Intervention Specialists, SLPs, Counselors, and Administration

What We’re Looking For
  • Master’s or higher in School Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or related field
  • Valid School Psychologist license required
  • School-based experience preferred (newer professionals encouraged to apply — mentorship available)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Passion for supporting student growth and mental health
