Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Psychologist for a K–12 school in Bartlett, TN. You will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to promote student success.

We welcome new clinicians and seasoned professionals. Benefits include W-2 employment, health coverage, 401(k) with company match, licensure reimbursement, and mileage between sites. Start August 2026 for the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Psychology or equivalent.
• Valid Tennessee TDOE Certification required by start date.
• Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.
• NASP membership a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff.
• Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs.
