Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Redford/Dearborn area. The role is in-person, part-time, and offers a W-2 employment arrangement with liability insurance and benefits. Pay ranges from $52 to $64 per hour for the 2026-2027 school year.

We provide mentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionals, with reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses. Mileage reimbursement and referral bonuses are also offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in School Psychology required.
• Active Michigan School Psychology License required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide school psychology services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
