Job summary

Communities in Schools of Pennsylvania, Inc. seeks a Site Coordinator to implement the ISS model in a designated school building, overseeing services to students and families and coordinating programs based on school needs.

Under the Director of Programs, you will ensure effective communication with district personnel, students, families, volunteers, and partners; you will document interactions in CISDM weekly and contribute to program reporting.

• Knowledge of the public education system and diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage data and analyze information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual school and student needs assessment with measurable objectives and service-delivery strategy.
• Develop and implement School Support Plan based on needs assessment.
• Monitor and evaluate service delivery quarterly to maximize effectiveness.
• Coordinate program reporting for the school site and report data to CISPA state office and partners.
• Facilitate Tier I programs and Tier II focus groups; provide Tier III case management as needed (about 10% of students, up to 65).
• Engage district personnel, students, families, volunteers and community partners as CISPA ambassadors.
• Document all interactions in CISDM weekly with accuracy.
