Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. in Richmond, VA seeks a Program Administrator to lead the development, implementation and evaluation of educational, therapeutic, and behavioral services for the designated program.

You will supervise treatment specialists, teachers and student support coaches to ensure student success. In collaboration with the Principal, you will oversee hiring, transportation coordination, crisis response, and fidelity to treatment philosophies, while advancing safe, positive school

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or education.
• Licensed to teach in Virginia or eligible to obtain/transfer license.
• Postgraduate License with endorsement in Administration and Supervision strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee educational, therapeutic, and behavioral services for the program.
• Supervise program staff including treatment specialists, teachers, and student support coaches.
• Collaborate with Principal and community to ensure student transitions and safety.
• Lead hiring for their team and coordinate transportation.
• Oversee crisis response, foster positive school culture, and ensure program fidelity.

Education

Master’s degree in human services or education

Virginia teaching license or eligible to obtain/transfer

Postgraduate License with endorsement in Administration and Supervision (preferred)

Valid driver’s license
