Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the school's premises to high standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance, grounds and cleaning contractors for compliant tasks.
• Maintain O&M information and Health & Safety files.
• Conduct routine checks on heating, plumbing, lighting and electrical systems.
• Liaise with Trust Facilities Manager and administrators professionally.
• Assist with lettings and services; respond out-of-hours as a key holder.
• Promote sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
