Qualifications

• 1 year of plumbing maintenance experience required.
• Apprentice I–III considered.

Responsibilities

• Assists in decisions on repairs; reports major problems to supervisor.
• Constructs, installs, maintains and repairs plumbing and related building systems.
• Reads, comprehends and transmits detailed instructions.
• Maintains logs, performs rounds and completes work orders, tests and inspections.
• Supports emergency response and participates in team-based maintenance efforts.
