Job summary

Responsibilities include evaluating student mobility, providing PT services in the school setting, recommending equipment and accommodations, collaborating with teachers and families, ensuring safety and documentation

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the NPTE.
• Active state PT license in the state of practice.
• Ability to complete school-based fingerprint/background requirements.
• State Credential Requirements (Varies by Location).
• Arizona (AZ) or Texas (TX) credential requirements for school assignment.

Help Students Access Their Education—Through Movement & Function

We’re hiring School-Based Physical Therapists (PTs) for multiple campus opportunities. Unlike clinic-based PT focused on rehabilitation, school-based PT is focused on functional access—helping students move safely and confidently throughout their school day.

• Navigate hallways and classrooms
• Sit and participate safely at school
• Access playground and physical activities
• Complete safe transfers and mobility routines
• Reduce physical barriers that impact learning
