• 3+ years work experience in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll activities in compliance with policies and laws.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for state and federal agencies.
• Prepare journal entries and wire transfers for payroll taxes.
• Maintain and update payroll schedules and employee payroll files.
• Balance and print W-2 forms annually and prepare tax forms.
