The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, experience in HR/payroll or related areas, and the ability to support school staff within a collaborative educational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience preferred.
• Experience in human resources, payroll, benefits, business operations, project management, finance, or a related area preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and detailed processes.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills, with the ability to clearly explain information and respond to employee questions.
• Comfortable learning and working within HR, payroll, benefits, and other technology systems.
• Experience with school-based HR/payroll operations is a plus, but not required.
• Interest in supporting employees and contributing to the operations of a school community.
