Job summary

Carnegie Learning is seeking a Manager of School Partnerships to build and sustain relationships with teachers and district leaders, guiding implementation of Carnegie Learning products in classrooms. This 220-day assignment reports to the Director of Professional Learning and focuses on Math, ELA, or World Languages content.

The role delivers engaging professional learning, coaching, and data-driven support, while maintaining timely documentation and collaborating across teams to meet partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education required.
• 5+ years classroom teaching experience.
• Experience facilitating professional learning workshops.
• Cognitive Coaching certification preferred.
• Must reside in listed states (CT, DC, DE, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, NH, NJ, OH, PA, VA, VT, WI, WV).
• Ability to travel regionally and dedicate time to partnership work.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain partnerships with teachers, building- and district-level leaders, and instructional coaches to support implementation.
• Communicate with leaders at multiple levels to ensure transparency and capacity building.
• Identify risks and develop action plans; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Set partnership goals, analyze data, and track progress with partner schools or teachers.
• Lead partnerships meetings to discuss data and determine next steps.
• Deliver professional learning workshops focused on Carnegie Learning products and best practices.
• Provide job-embedded coaching, demonstration lessons, co-teaching, and PLC facilitation.
• Update documentation and records for deliverables and calendars.
• Model Carnegie Learning values in all interactions.
