Carnegie Learning is seeking a Manager of School Partnerships in the North US PA region. You will build durable partnerships with teachers, coaches, and district leaders while coaching implementation of CL resources to improve classroom practice.

You’ll lead professional learning workshops and ensure data-informed progress reporting. The 220-day assignment requires travel about 75% of the time and collaboration with the Director of Professional Learning.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (content-specific; Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of classroom teaching experience.
• 3+ years of classroom experience teaching with Carnegie Learning resources.
• Must reside in PA or listed states (CT, DC, DE, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, NH, NJ, OH, PA, VA, VT, WI, WV).
• Experience facilitating professional learning workshops (preferred).
• Cognitive Coaching certification (preferred).

Mansioni

• Manage and sustain partnerships with teachers, building leaders, and instructional coaches.
• Communicate with school/district leaders to build capacity and transparency.
• Develop risk plans and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Set partnership goals, analyze data, and track progress.
• Facilitate engaging professional learning workshops.
• Deliver job-embedded professional learning including coaching cycles and co-teaching.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for deliverables.
