Smile America Partners, headquartered in Farmington Hills, MI, seeks an Outreach Coordinator (Inside Sales) to drive growth across 20-state districts. You will manage a high-volume outbound cadence—calling administrators, emailing campaigns, and booking appointments—reporting to the Inside Sales Manager.

The role requires 3–5 years of B2B inside sales, a track record of meeting activity metrics, and strong communication. On-site at our Farmington Hills office, with KPI-driven environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years of inside sales experience in B2B/high-volume outbound sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales activity metrics (daily calls, emails).
• Strong verbal and written communication with school administrators.
• Organized and self-motivated with high daily activity.
• Comfort with rejection and persistent outbound prospecting.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain detailed records of outreach activity and pipeline in CRM.
• Use AI-assisted messaging to personalize outreach at scale.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Manager to refine scripts and sequencing.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly/quarterly KPIs for calls, emails, appointments, enrollments.
• Develop knowledge of Smile America Partners' programs and district partnerships.
• Attend team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
• Provide market feedback on competitive landscape and objections.
