Job summary

Career Links is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support students in a Georgia school-based setting. The OT will help students develop fine motor, visual-motor, sensory-motor, and functional skills to participate in educational activities.

The ideal candidate collaborates with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote independence, improve access to the curriculum, and support success in school activities. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Georgia OT license.
• Experience with children/adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group OT services to address fine motor, visual motor, sensory-motor, and self-help skills.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and monitor progress.
• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations to identify needs and set goals.
• Maintain therapy records and Medicaid billing documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate therapy into classroom routines.
• Develop interventions that promote functional independence and participation in activities.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in pediatric OT.
