Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-person school-based therapy near San Rafael, CA. The role supports students’ growth through the remainder of the school year. You'll work three days per week with flexible scheduling, collaborating with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation ranges from $43.86 to $63.86 per hour, with benefits included. This contract runs ASAP through EOSY, offering meaningful, time-bound impact in a supportive school

Qualifications

• Valid California OT license required.
• Experience in schools or pediatric populations preferred.
• Understanding of school-based therapy practices and IEP processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration with students, staff and families.
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques and work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and provide direct services to students.
• Collaborate with educators to support student participation in inclusive classrooms.
• Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Provide consultation and education to caregivers and staff on therapy needs and strategies.
• Adjust therapy approaches to ensure student engagement and goal achievement.
