Job summary

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
Active Wisconsin OT license is required.
School-based experience is preferred.

Ability to manage caseload effectively and adhere to regulations.

Responsibilities

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans.
Provide direct therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
Support students with sensory integration, motor coordination, and adaptive skills.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement classroom strategies.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates.
Maintain accurate documentation and service logs.
Recommend adaptive equipment and modifications as needed.
Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations.
