Job summary

Temporary Staffing Professionals is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for an on-site contract position in Mountain Home, ID. The OT will provide therapy services to students to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence within the school setting.

Responsibilities include evaluations, developing treatment plans, direct therapy aligned with IEP goals, collaboration with teachers, and participation in IEP meetings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active Idaho OT license is required.
• School-based experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation requirements is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Support students with sensory integration, motor coordination, and adaptive skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement classroom strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and modifications as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations.
