Job summary

Green Dot Public Schools is seeking a School Operations Manager for Animo Ralph Bunche Charter High School in Los Angeles, CA. This role leads all non-instructional functions to support student achievement by directing the operations team and coordinating across Finance, Facilities, Nutrition, Enrollment, and Safety.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of professional experience with at least 1 year of people management, and bilingual Spanish/English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience; four years preferred.
• At least one year managing others or managing large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the school operations team and set performance and development goals.
• Oversee Finance & Purchasing, including procurement, inventory, cash receipts, payroll, and reimbursements.
• Manage Student Information System, attendance reporting, and data confidentiality.
• Oversee the School Nutrition Program, meal vendor coordination, and audits.
• Coordinate Facilities maintenance and school projects with the Facilities team.
• Manage Enrollment, lottery, waitlists, and parent orientations.
• Oversee Student Health and Safety programs, drills, and vendor liaison.
• Plan and coordinate school events and transportation logistics.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
