Job summary

Green Dot Public Schools is seeking a School Operations Manager to lead non-instructional functions across its Los Angeles area. You will manage a school operations team, oversee finance, purchasing, student data, nutrition, facilities, enrollment, health and safety, events, and compliance.

You will report to the principal and collaborate with district operations for best practices. The role emphasizes leadership, data security, and process improvement in a high-impact, mission-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum two years of professional experience; four preferred.
• Experience managing others or large projects preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English (verbal and written) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the school operations team and set performance goals.
• Oversee Finance, Purchasing, and budget management with the finance team.
• Manage Student Information, reporting, and data confidentiality.
• Oversee School Nutrition, facilities, enrollment and lottery processes.
• Ensure Student Health, Safety and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate events and transportation logistics.
• Ensure state and federal compliance and drive continuous improvement.
