Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Operations, Business Administration, Education, Technology, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in school operations, education, technology operations, health and safety, or a related operational field.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performing school or similarly complex organizational environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, systems, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational ownership of technology and student health.
• Coordinate with the network team to manage technology asset records, helpdesk, and lifecycle status.
• Ensure health documentation is collected, maintained, and available for audits; coordinate with school nurse.
• Develop and update safety, security, and emergency procedures; manage contracted security personnel and surveillance systems.
• Support NSLP meal service operations and supervise the food service team.

Education
