The Director of Operations Fellow role is a full-time program that prepares you to become a DOO, partnering with a Principal to lead a school in delivering an exemplary education.

The fellowship spans about one year, with placement across regional host DOOs, built around professional development, experiential learning,

Qualifications

• 4 or more years of work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in operations leadership (K-12 preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience coaching, leading, or managing others.
• Project planning experience with end-to-end delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations at host school and regional projects.
• Tackle school operations deliverables and drive improvements.
• Co-lead the school with the Principal during Immersion.
• Engage in professional development and reflective practice.
