Uncommon Schools is seeking a Director of Operations Fellow to join our nonprofit network of public charter schools. This full-time fellowship trains future DOOs by embedding you in an Uncommon school and exposing you to four core elements: Professional Development, Experiential Learning, Practical Application and Reflective Practice.

You will work with a Principal to lead operations, manage projects, and refine systems that keep teachers focused on student achievement while advancing a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 4 years of work experience.
• At least 1 year in operations leadership (K-12 preferred).
• Experience coaching or managing others.

Responsabilités

• Lead operations within a host school and partner with the Principal.
• Manage school and regional operations projects.
• Deliver deliverables and support DOO readiness.
